By accessing and using the services provided by Explore Tips Mobile Repair ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Explore Tips Mobile Repair provides smartphone and mobile device repair services, including but not limited to:
- Screen repairs and replacements
- Battery replacements
- Water damage restoration
- Software troubleshooting
- Camera and charging port repairs
- Other mobile device repair services
3. Service Terms and Conditions
3.1 Estimates and Pricing
All repair estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the device and parts required.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repair services. We accept cash, card payments, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
3.3 Device Inspection
We reserve the right to inspect any device before beginning repair work to assess the scope of required repairs.
4. Warranty and Guarantees
4.1 Repair Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty on all repair work and replacement parts, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and replacement parts
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear
- Warranty is void if the device is repaired by another party
- Water damage repairs carry a 90-day warranty
4.2 Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your device before bringing it for repair.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your device and its issues
- Remove or disable any security features (passwords, locks) before service
- Back up all important data before repair
- Collect your device within 30 days of repair completion
- Pay all charges in full upon service completion
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
- Data loss or corruption
- Loss of use or business interruption
- Damage caused by third-party software or hardware
7. Unclaimed Property
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned property. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed devices after providing 30 days written notice.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Explore Tips Mobile Repair and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
